Unable to forget his experience with Veronica, Jeff made his first visit to Argentina in 1992. Jeff and Veronica spent the next five years living between Buenos Aires and Chicago. In 1996 Jeff finished his Master’s program and moved to Buenos Aires with Veronica. Jeff’s love of wine led him to pursue a career in the nascent export sector of the Argentine wine industry, working with the Catena
After living in the great city for 5 years, they felt is was time for a change and moved to Mendoza, allured by the beautiful mountain landscape, and growing wine country. They chose Mendoza to raise their two sons, Gaspar & Valentin. Here Veronica started Vintura with the desire to show the world the very best of this delightful province.
Jeff is currently co propietor of Manos Negras Winery among other projects including Bodega Teho, Tinto Negro, Bodega Uspallata and Estancia Los Cardones.
